Join us for an exclusive deep dive into fermentation and precision fermentation at the F&A Next Exclusive Lunch Session, hosted at NIZO & BFF in the heart of the Dutch Food Valley and organized with Oost NL. This side event offers insights into the latest developments in fermentation technology and the ecosystem for (precision) fermentation in the Dutch Food Valley. It provides a chance to explore the facilities that support upscaling from research to production. During the session, attendees will step inside NIZO’s world-class facilities, home to Europe’s largest flexible food-grade pilot plant, and explore what the Biotechnology Fermentation Factory (BFF) will look like. BFF will be a key hub for scaling up microbial biomolecule and biomass production. Transport from Ede/Wageningen station to Nizo and drop off at Wageningen Campus (StartLife Demo Day) is available.
