All participants will have access to the digital F&A Next platform, which will open 2 weeks prior to the summit for networking. Your access continues for 4 weeks month after the summit to continue networking and play back sessions on demand.

Terms & Conditions

Tickets

• Prices shown are excluding 21% VAT
• Tickets must be paid in full and on time. Payment on arrival is not available.
• Tickets can be paid with IDEAL, Paypal and VISA / Mastercard credit card or Bank Transfer.
• A ticket is personal and must be used exclusively by the registered individual for the duration of the summit.
• Upon claiming your badge, you will receive a wristband that must be worn at all times and remain intact for the duration of the summit.
• F&A Next reserves the right to cancel tickets or deny access to the summit if tickets are obtained in violation of these terms.

Cancellation Policy

• A substitute delegate may attend at no additional cost. Please provide the substitute's name, title, and contact details at least 7 days before the summit.
• Cancellations received up to one month before the summit are eligible for an 80% refund.
• Cancellations made less than one month before the summit, or in the case of a no-show, are non-refundable.
• In the event of a Force Majeure causing any breach, omission, delay, or inability to hold the summit, no refunds will be issued. A "Force Majeure Event" is defined as any occurrence, obstacle, or circumstance affecting F&A Next that: (i) is beyond its reasonable control; (ii) could not have been reasonably avoided or mitigated without excessive expense or delay; and (iii) was not reasonably foreseeable by F&A Next.

Privacy policy

• For the purpose of networking, there will be a searchable list in our digital network platform with the names, job titles and company names of all our participants. You may choose to turn this off within the platform.

Governing law

• These Terms shall be governed by Dutch laws.

Want to register multiple delegates at once?

Step 1) Enter the details of the first delegate.
Step 2) Click button: "Submit and add extra person."
Step 3) Repeat this until all participants are registered.

(If you have received a relation code, you must enter it again each time you register a participant.)

Step 4) Click button: "Sign up and pay"
Step 5) On the next page you can enter billing information. Here you can also enter an alternate email address to send the collective invoice.
