Joost de Laat is Managing Director Social Sciences Group and Professor of Economics at the WUR. In this fireside chat, Joost will connect Nugee’s geopolitical perspective to tangible solutions for food system resilience. A key focus will be food autonomy, how regions and nations can reduce dependency on fragile global supply chains and build more self-sufficient, adaptable food systems.
