In response to the main global challenges, technological advancements, data analytics, agriculture research and development, and new farming practices offer significant opportunities to transform food production and promote more sustainable practices. Public-private partnerships (PPPs) are a vital tool to achieve a sustainable, efficient, and equitable global food system.
In this panel, expert speakers will discuss the role of PPPs on transforming the agrifood ecosystems. They will address at partnerships as a catalyst for joint agrifood research, as innovation and technology transfers as well as partnerships for building new value chains. In addition, they will discuss the role of PPPs in realizing long term economic governmental plans.
