Today Anterra Capital and StartLife, both co-founders of F&A Next, announced that they have formally entered into an investor partnership. Together they will back entrepreneurs who are building a healthier and sustainable food system. The partnership is an expansion of years of fruitful collaboration.
Better access to growth capital
StartLife and Anterra Capital already work together since 2016 when they co-founded F&A Next. When StartLife recently decided to expand its investor partnerships; it only made sense for the two organizations to elevate their collaboration. Lin Zhu, investor relations manager of StartLife: “In order for tech startups to excel and make a true impact, they need (better) access to smart capital. We have come to know Anterra Capital as a highly reputable and seasoned agrifood VC fund, with deep sector knowledge and a global reach. The power of joined forces
Adam Anders, managing partner of Anterra Capital, calls the expansion of their partnership with StartLife a natural evolution of Anterra’s strong relationship with Wageningen University and StartLife over the years. “The whole idea behind F&A Next is to build connections and collaborations that boost technological innovation and make the agrifood industry more efficient, sustainable and healthier,” Adam explains.

StartLife’s 10 Year Anniversary
The announcement is made just one day after StartLife was founded exactly 10 years ago. “We did not plan it this way, but it is a great gift to pay forward to our startups!”, comments Lin Zhu.
