Serpil Tascioglu started in December 2023 as a Director of Topsectors and Industrial Policy. The
department of Topsectors and Industrial Policy is responsible for industrial policy aimed at
sustainability, the development of new economic activities and strengthening of our business
climate. The department also focus on investments in economic security and strategic autonomy and
develops new public-private partnerships at national and international level.
Before that, she worked at Unilever since 2002. She has been director of Global Foods Strategy and
Innovation since 2020 and has fulfilled various management roles in knowledge, network and SME
organizations. Serpil has a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in
Chemistry.
