Nikolaas Vles is the Chief Executive Officer of NIZO, a leading contract research organization specializing in food and health, where he emphasizes innovative solutions and sustainable food transitions. Before joining NIZO in September 2023, he was CEO of Prolactal GmbH, a global leader in B2B organic and goat ingredients for infant formula and high-end applications. He held senior executive roles at ICL Food Specialties and NutriDutch. Nikolaas holds a graduate degree in Civil Law, a post-graduate degree in Corporate Law, and Executive MBA’s from INSEAD and London Business School.
