Dr. Martha Schlicher is a General Partner at Cultivation Capital, where she specializes in AgriFood Tech investments. With over 30 years of global experience in life sciences, she has led the development and commercialization of technologies at Monsanto and various agricultural sustainability startups through her role as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at BioGenerator. Martha is the CEO of Impetus Agriculture and serves as Chair of the Board for both Plastomics and Solis Agrosciences. She holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University.
