Mark Drewell is a co-founder and collaborative CEO of New Foundation Farms, a UK-based regenerative agri-food enterprise that aims to revolutionize the food system by producing affordable, nutrient-dense food through regenerative farming practices.
With over 30 years of corporate experience, Mark has held executive roles in multinational companies and has been instrumental in initiatives that bridge business and societal impact. He served as the Founding Chair and CEO of the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative, uniting global companies and business schools to transform leadership development. His agricultural experience includes chairing a 35,000-hectare mixed farming, conservation, and tourism enterprise in South Africa and co-owning a 700-hectare farm where he applied regenerative farming techniques to restore degraded land and improve economic performance. Mark is also a co-author of “The Rise of the Meaningful Economy,” exploring how meaning has become a new currency influencing economic choices.
