New Foundation Farms, the UK-based company he co-founded in 2019, is developing systems, tools, and knowledge to empower everyone involved in food, farming, and land management to regenerate land, ecosystems, and livelihoods simultaneously.
He has spent a lifetime working in and with large organisations, building global initiatives to transform how businesses impact the planet and people. He is now certain that, for the most part, it was useless, and that the radical change required is about small groups of determined individuals getting things done that ultimately change everything.
