Giulia Stellari is a Director at Fall Line Capital, where she leads impact initiatives across the firm’s farmland and venture investment portfolios. She previously held leadership roles at Unilever, overseeing global sustainable procurement programs and driving advancements in digital agriculture, supply chain transparency, and greenhouse gas reduction.
Giulia is the co-founder of AgSquared, a farm data management platform, and holds a Ph.D. in Plant Molecular Biology from Cornell University, as well as an A.B. from Harvard. She currently serves as a non-executive director at SIPEF, chairs the Cool Farm Alliance, and is a member of both the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) Technical Advisory Group and the EU Expert Group on Carbon Removals.
